Very, very hard to get somebody to talk to about my order, and I was on the phone for half an hour and still was holding. Then I hung up, and I'm not a technical guy, so I can't go online and check my order and when it's coming. Very bad service; not happy with this.

I received my box of 8 mm tapes if there was no disc or memory stick in there. It's been almost 3 weeks and I'm kind of wondering when I'm getting what I paid for.

Verified Reviewer |They didn't deliver what I paid for and I can't get a response to numerous emails, and no one will answer the phone.
1. I am missing 3 videos that I paid for.

According to Legacybox, the return box was recalled due to another customer's output being put into my return box.
3. I still haven't received a response from the company.
4. On 1/27/25, spoke with Mary after waiting on hold for over 40 minutes. She confirmed that three videos were missing and submit an order to the "Cloud Tech" to resolve.
Resolution should be 3-5 business days.
5. On 2/12, I contacted the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce to report the issue.

As of 2/13/25, I STILL do not have the missing videos.
7. I will now be contacting the BBB of Southeast Tennessee to register a formal complaint and pursue recouping the charges with my CC company.

I would like information on the cost to transfer old film on a large reel like the kind you see in a movie theater to the current best way of maintaining the material on the reels. I was unable to find this information on your websit.

I recived a legacy box 2 years ago but could not find the tapes needed to send. But recently found them but misplaced other materials needed to ship everything about 20 tapes. Please send me another extra large box with everything needed for shipping

Extremely disappointed
I Paid for 15 film reels. They only did 8 and charged me for all.
Impossible to get a hold of anyone. Their "customer service phone number" is a scam. It always just says 5 minutes, but they will never pick up the phone.
Emails appear to be AI or just someone who purposely trying not to directly answer questions. They also did not do the audio the film they did do, (apparently deep in the FAQ they mention they don't do this for some reason)

I merely wanted to clarify the terms of an offer regarding 8mm transcribing, and numerous attempts of waiting on hold (for an estimated 5 minutes) resulted in 25 minutes on hold with no response. Two attempts to receive a call-back resulted in no one ever returning my call.

Paid for 3 videos and 150 photos. One 1 video got digitized and I can't get through on their customer service line. ugh.

My question never got answered
I called with a question about my legacy box, but there were too many calls ahead of me. So I was asked if I wanted to have a call back from one of the customer service representatives and I said yes.
I never got a call back. That being said, I found the answer to my question in the explanation book inside the legacy box.

Just got back my box. Only 25 minutes of video on their cloud.
Nothing on my discs. Sent 100 hours of video on 35mm film. Got back 25 minutes off 2 dvd videos I sent. 8 rolls of film they don't support.
Paid almost 300.00 for this. What a scam never use them!

My name is Shari Schneider, and my father, Gene Schneider, passed away on Columbus Day, Oct. 14th. In December of 2023, I purchased ten taped to be made into ten DVDs on my Dads Discover card. We paid $152.00 for this service.
